Bringing the Arcade back to Life – https://www.spacehive.com/transforming-dewsbury-arcade-spaces

Seek £500 ward budget ( from across all three Dewsbury wards) towards the costs of fitting out the community space within the refurbished arcade.    The group has already raised £6.444 of their target of £7,324 they need to buy a stage, projector and screen, lights, yoga mats, bean bag chairs,  and inter active monitor.

Feathers for Srebrenica- Huddersfield & Dewsbury – https://www.spacehive.com/feathersforsrebrenica

FEATHERS FOR SREBRENICA is a community-driven arts project remembering the Srebrenica genocide of 1995. Fostering unity through creativity and focused on Huddersfield and Dewsbury, they offer 10 inclusive creative workshops for all ages, uniting refugees from all backgrounds and residents. Participants engage in activities like printmaking, music production and creating banners that intertwine the scenic beauty of Kirklees and Bosnia.  They need to reach a target of £9,268 and have so far reached £6,836.

Co-Production Wins – https://www.spacehive.com/coprowins

Wayne Senior has a long-established history as a volunteer for organisations helping disabled people.  He knows that many such organisations struggle to recruit volunteers and to secure the resources they need.  He aims to build co-production partnerships to share resources, sustain services, and support volunteer recruitment in Kirklees, focusing on inclusivity and collaboration.  He will work with any organisations supporting people with disabilities, including assisted living centres.  Wayne has raised £640 of £1,209 he needs, and 23 days remaining in his campaign.
