If you would also like to get involved in any of the up and coming ward partnership meetings please reply to this email and we will send you an invite. The meetings are a great place to meet likeminded partners in order to share all the great things happening in the ward as well as helping others and ward councillors to co-ordinate what’s happening locally. They also provide an opportunity for partners to problem solve on shared priorities and identify funding/resources to put in place community activities to meet local needs.
Please send any time sensitive information early enough to be included on the next noticeboard (at least one weeks’ notice). Polite request – we can’t attach any of your documents if they are 1 MB or over, please, therefore, share them in an alternative format so they can be emailed to partners. | Funding & Grants WCIT Charity Home – WCIT Charity Up to £15K grants for IT based projects focused on education, inclusion, support for charities and improving public understanding of technology. CD 14.8.26 Tesco Fruit and Veg Grants – Tesco Fundraising Up to £1500 For orgs supporting children and young people to improve their access to fruits and vegetables Hilden Charitable Fund Hilden Charitable Fund £5K – £7K for charitable orgs working in areas of penal affairs and asylum seekers/refugees. CD 27.8.26 Woodroffe Benton Foundation Woodroffe Benton Foundation £500 – £2500 Focus on projects that help people with physical/learning disabilities access nature and spend time outdoors. CD 31.8.26 Strategic Legal Fund Strategic Legal Fund Up to £30K (but usually £12K – £15K) For projects that support strategic legal work in the UK that benefits asylum seekers, refugees and migrants experiencing disadvantage or discrimination. Focus is achieving wider changes to law, policy or procedures. CD 7.9.26 Gov Grant The Debt Advice Modernisation and Transformation Fund 2026/27 £25K – £100K Support to orgs to expand, embed or scale successful debt advice initiatives that have already been funded through MaPS programmes. CD 19.8.26 Gov Grant Democratic Engagement Fund: Prospectus – GOV.UK £25K – £50K Aimed at organisations rooted in their communities and likely to reach people less like to engage in democratic processes – eg young people, disabled people, ethnic minority communities etc. CD 31.8.26 NFU Mutual NFU Mutual Charitable Trust Up to £75K Projects based in rural areas that can demonstrate significant impact on educating people, relieving poverty, social welfare and community benefit and agriculture and insurance related education and research. CD9.10.26 Lloyds Bank Foundation Good Place to Live: New Beginnings £25K per yr for 4 yrs or £50K per yr for 4 yrs – For organisations that support people leaving prison, young adults leaving care system, survivors of domestic abuse or leavers of asylum system after being granted right to remain in UK. CD 9.9.26 Leeds Building Society Foundation Leeds Building Society Up to £2500 Registered charities supporting people experiencing homelessness. CD 7.9.26 Southall Trust The Southall Trust £1K – £5K – Registered charities working in environmental action & sustainability, social action, peace & reconciliation or Quaker work & witness. CD 11.9.26 School for Social Entrepreneurs Social Investment Gateway Programme Up to £18K as match trading grant and up to £24K as repayable grant.
