Core values…balance, posture, flexibility and strength. Pilates is a low impact, full body workout suitable for all ages and fitness levels along with rehabilitation.

Focusing more on improving muscle tone than building muscle, this gentle strength training class achieves similar results. Using a combination of simple, repetitive exercises to create muscular exertion this workout will help you reduce tension, keep you supple and help prevent injury.
