Hello! I’m hosting a Yomassage Retreat on Sunday 24th October at Highburton Village Hall – 3.30 to 5.30.
This is your time to rest and recuperate with the theme being self care and loving kindness to self.
£18 per person – this is an introductory price to gauge interest. I am the only practitioner of this modality in the UK at the moment so it’s very new!
Yomassage is a blend of restorative postures, gentle stretching, mindfull, guided meditation and therapeutic massage. You stay fully clothed throughout and it will be a max of 6 people.
