Women’s Wellbeing Circle

The first of a set of 3 evening events for women in the HD8 area, and surrounding.
Come along to one, or all events.

This circle provides a safe space for women to come together and discuss a wide range of topics related to women’s health, self-care, and access to treatments in rural communities. We’ll explore how we can enhance our own wellbeing and support others in our local villages. It’s an opportunity to share experiences, learn from each other, and foster a supportive community.

Topics may include:

Menstruation and menopause
Pregnancy and motherhood
Mental health
Late diagnosis ADHD
And other topics that are meaningful to you
