Chill + Chat is a relaxed support group for parents and carers of neurodivergent children and young people in West Yorkshire.
Come along for a chance to learn something new, talk with other parents and carers, and access support from experienced practitioners in a welcoming, informal setting.
This session will explore the Escalation Curve, a simple way of understanding what happens when emotions build and how recognising the signs can help us respond, de-escalate and keep everyone safe.
