Heartwood is a gentle creative woodland session for adults who would welcome calm outdoor time, simple nature‑based making and a supportive space to unwind. Whether you experience anxiety, social isolation, sensory overwhelm, a disconnect from nature, or you’ve always fancied trying woodland crafts like willow weaving, cyanotype or simple whittling, this space is here for you. We’d love to welcome you to our woods.
You can explore creative processes supported by our compassionate Eden’s Forest team and Artist in Residence.
