The Denby Dale Lions Scarecrow Trail has become a regular summer event in the village and is now one of the Club’s main fundraising events of the year.
The theme this year is Animal Adventures which gives plenty of scope for some excellent scarecrows!
The event runs on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th July outside the White Hart where trail maps and raffle tickets will be on sale and the Lions BBQ providing hot food throughout the day.
There will also be live music, raffle prizes kindly donated by local businesses and a prize for the winning scarecrow.
Why not come and join in the fun! It’s going to be a great weekend with all profits going to Lions chosen charities.
