Class Description:
High-energy rebound fitness classes on mini trampolines every Wednesday and Thursday, 6:15–7:00pm (45 minutes) at Temple Moor High School, LS15 0PT.
Wednesdays – ((BOUNCE))
A fun, dance-based cardio workout.
Thursdays – ((BOUNCE)) BEATS
A percussion-inspired class using weighted drumsticks for an added upper body workout.
Additional classes will be added on Mondays from 27th April.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
