Baked Beans is a short film about a single mum with an autistic son, who is left with no option but to rely on a foodbank to feed her family.

The film is produced by Enon films Sheffield
Post production at the kurious in Sheffield and supported by Equity, the actors union.

Filmed at Fairfield business park in Penistone with support from lots of local businesses and local community who are all mentioned in the credits.

The short film will premiere at Penistone paramount this Saturday 19th Nov at 3pm hosted by Ben Wilkinson from Sheffield’s Spirit of Independence Film Festival.
There will be a live Q&A and discussions with cast & crew.

We will also be screening the award winning prequel film, The Last Supper, by Anh Do.

The bar will be open and there will be plenty of popcorn and ice cream on sale.

All proceeds from ticket sales go directly to Barnsley foodbank to support their Christmas drive and we also encourage people to bring along a donation for the foodbank for collection at the end of the day.

Suggested age rating 12a – children are welcome at your own discretion
