Our new weekly meet-up, Babies & Brews, will be starting on Tuesday 24 February 2026, running 10am–12pm in Bar 1788 at The Pie Hall.
The aim is to create a relaxed, informal space for parents and carers to pop in with their little ones, grab a cuppa, have a chat and spend time around others sharing similar experiences. It’s nothing structured, nothing led – just good company and a warm, comfy corner to settle into.
It’s free to attend, with hot and cold drinks, plus snacks, available to buy from the bar.
The bar stays open until 2pm, so there’s no rush if you fancy lingering a bit longer.
Just to note, this isn’t a drop-off or facilitated session; it’s very much a come-and-go, no-pressure kind of morning. Stay five minutes or the full two hours. All parents and carers are welcome.
If it grows into a lovely little community (which we hope it will), we’d love it to lead to things like group pram walks and gentle wanders around the village when the weather warms up – a chance for you to explore locally together with the little ones.
