For the third year, The Welcome Centre has been selected as the chosen charity at a musical evening featuring some of Holme Valley’s Finest.
This popular annual night of celebration and music has moved to the larger venue of the Picturedrome in Holmfirth where there will be a host of fantastic bands
Featuring
Dr Pete’s Salsa Band – Holmfirth based Salsa band that have found their musical home in the Caribbean and South America. Party on the beach vibe wherever they play
Soul Choir – A choir spanning the Colne and Holme Valleys singing Classic Soul, Blues and Gospel
Banda Na Rua – Loud, infectious drumming. Fusing Brazilian and British beats Bana Na Rua brings you pulsing percussion vibes at their best
The Boogaloo Allstars – Classic Soul and Skagiven a Latin Twist featuring some of the Holme Valley’s favourite musicians.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Huddersfield food bank, to help support their work in the local area.
