SYJTL™ is a scientific consultancy that specialises in supporting business owners, graduates and professionals in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) industries.

Founded by Dr Ruth Brown-Shepherd, a PhD qualified Chartered Biologist, Mentor and experienced Business Manager who has a great understanding of the challenges and joys that working within the STEM industries can bring.

SYJTL™ was established in 2020 to help bridge the talent gaps in STEM and to support the commercialisation of novel technology products; whilst helping STEM professionals to transition both within and outside of academia.
