We have a whole range of wellness opportunities at the Hub
Tai chi, Yoga, Breath Work, feminine sound baths, reiki infused sound baths, herbal Works, Sister circles, book club, baby Massage and Baby Reflexology and so much more…
We offer one-to-one Therapies, Sports Therapy, Massage, Thai massage, Hot Stone massage, Indian Head Massage, holistic massage. Nlp hypnosis and timeline Therapy. The five awakening sequences. Access Bars and energetic facelift treatments. Healing body processes. Reiki Healing. Reiki drum Healing. Reflexology. Emmitt muscle technique release. Advanced lymphatic drainage.
We offer for Training days- in Breath Work. Access Bars. Reiki levels 1 and 2. Aromatherapy and Baby Massage.
We offer Room Hire too. The Hall and kitchen area are £20 per hour each.
Our gorgeous relaxing Therapy rooms are £10 per hour each.
