“After years as a Michelin-starred head chef and now building my own food business here in Horbury through pop-ups and cook-at-home meals, this feels like a brilliant way to bring something personal and a little different to the West Riding.
I’m cooking a relaxed Italian-inspired menu rooted loosely in my Neapolitan influences — porchetta in fresh focaccia, beautiful tomatoes and mozzarella, rosemary potatoes and tiramisu — generous, honest food made to share.
Collaborations like this feel important because they bring independent food businesses together, create energy around local hospitality, and give people something exciting and unexpected on their doorstep.”
