How to Make the Most of Your Bronze Listing
Many Community Bronze members don’t have websites or social media – its one of the many reasons they sign up with us, to give them an online presence – so expecting them to Like, Comment and Share our Social Media Posts or create Reciprocal Links between websites is unrealistic (although still very desirable and effective way to demonstrate the two way relationship). However there are many other ways that you can contribute to the relationship.
Even small actions can significantly increase your visibility:
- Tell your members you’re listed – including your committee members and Trustees – mention your listing at meetings, in newsletters or on noticeboards. This helps people find you and encourages engagement.
- Share updates with us — let us know about events, news or highlights so we can feature them. A short email or message is enough – but why not book a Success Session or pick up the phone and have a chat!

- Engage with the platform — respond to communications, send photos or flag anything you’d like promoted.
- Help raise awareness of Work Rest or Play where possible—even a small mention makes a difference. Here are some suggested ways you could do this –
- Include us on your promotional materials.
- Mentions and Signage at your event.
- Mention and Link to Work Rest or Play on your website.
- Tag / Mention us on your Social Media Posts – or invite us to Collaborate on your posts.
- Engage (Like, Comment, Share) on our Social Media Posts, especially when they mention you or your sponsors.
- Introduce us to other community groups, events, and organisations in your area.
