About

This is a weekly 1-hour walk in support of men’s mental health.

We set off from the Harold Wilson statue at 6.30pm every Monday, rain or shine.

We walk for roughly an hour, we talk about music, football, mental health stuff, whatever you like.

There’s no pressure.

It’s totally free and no need to book or register, just show up!

It is for all men (18+) from any background or walk of life.

Come for a walk with us.
