OpenED Ltd is a specialist neurodiversity and inclusion organisation founded by Helen Redman to help people overcome barriers to learning, employment and everyday life.
Inspired by her experience working in adult literacy and post-16 education, Helen established OpenED in 2019 after recognising the lack of support available to neurodivergent adults beyond formal education.
Today, OpenED works with individuals, employers, schools and community organisations to provide practical coaching, training and consultancy that helps people build confidence, develop strategies and realise their potential.
Whether supporting someone with reading and writing skills, into employment, helping an organisation become more inclusive or bringing people together through shared experiences, OpenED believes everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive and be valued for their strengths.
Alongside its specialist services, OpenED is passionate about creating welcoming, inclusive communities.
Through the Brick Build Guild, we deliver LEGO®-based community sessions that encourage communication, creativity, teamwork and social connection for children, young people and adults.
