Crosland Moor Community Learning Centre
Crosland Moor Learning Centre started life in 2002. It provides a crucial learning and skills service within a very active Community Centre. We attract learners from many different cultures and backgrounds, reflecting the different and diverse cultures within our community.
We provide accredited and non-accredited courses including: Digital Skills, Food Safety (L2), Allergen Awareness (L2) Barista training, Sewing classes and more.
Kirklees College come to our centre to deliver English, Maths and ESOL from Entry Level to Level 1.
There is a Drop-in session every Thursday afternoon at our centre (1.30 – 3.30) when residents can receive help with mobile devices, job search etc.
We are also planning Digital Drop-ins at various locations in South Kirklees starting in September – call us or keep an eye on our Facebook page or the Calendar Section Work, Rest and Play for details.
