Our Small Group Coaching Program brings you constantly varied high intensity training combing strength, cardio, flexibility and elements of gymnastics to help you become the best athlete you can be.
The program is designed specifically to be a hybrid of a boot camp and personal training. Bringing you all the fun, camaraderie and friendly competition that you get from training with other people, combined with the 1:1 care and attention you would get when working 1:1 with top class personal trainer.
On the program, you get up to 5 group coaching sessions per week, full nutrition support in the form of our Habit Coaching Program, access to our video exercise library in case you cant make a session in the gym, full support of you coach in-between sessions to help you with anything you might be struggling with.
