An exercise class specifically designed for people with movement restrictions linked to Parkinson’s Disease, MS, Arthritis, joint problems and other movement restricting illnesses.
Integrating a range of dance styles, the class offers an enjoyable social environment and an opportunity to work on balance, co-ordination, strength and to support the symptoms of such illnesses.
